Happy Customers

Like so many of us, our four footed family members are our pride and joy. Emmett, a Shepard/Lab mix dog, was my love, and Mary became a part of our family. She is not just a dog walker, but a guardian who cared for Emmett through some of the most difficult times. As Emmett aged, he had a number of health issues, but Mary never shied away from being there for him and me. One day Mary called me at work to let me know Emmett was not acting himself and wanted to stay with him as I rushed home to see him. I drove Emmett to Angell Animal Medical Center (MSPCA) in Boston where he collapsed on the floor. He had sepsis, a life-threatening blood infection, and a 105 fever. His vet at Angell said Mary's recognition that Emmett was in trouble and her call made the difference in his surviving the episode. Mary also taught Emmett sign language as part of her's and his' training. If she was late for an appointment, she would leave me a note to apologize. I would not have known she was late, but it is one example of her honesty and integrity. Mary is a remarkable and trustworthy person who took care of my child until he passed away. I would highly recommend her and the people who work for Happy Pet Care.
